Note: Each ER Check-In Express reservation is for one patient at a time. If more than one person needs medical attention, please reserve additional slots. There is a 15-minute grace period, so if you are later than that time frame, you may lose your spot in line. Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your reservation time as you will not be able to be seen before your reserved time. Also, if you are a new patient, please bring a valid photo ID and insurance information, and arrive early to complete any necessary paperwork prior to getting medical care.
If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room as soon as possible.
We will do our best to see you as close to your scheduled time as possible, but because we must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your check-in time is not a guarantee.
